Pads & Foundations for Containers, Sheds & Storage
A shipping container, shed or storage building is only as reliable as what it sits on. We pour the concrete scope — slabs, piers and footings sized for your structure — so it starts level and stays level.
Let's discuss the concrete portion of your project
Scope
What this service includes
- Concrete slabs for containers, sheds and storage buildings
- Piers and footings where the structure calls for them
- Level, compacted base preparation for the pour
- Sizing to your structure's dimensions and requirements
- Coordination with your supplier's placement schedule
The fundamentals
Why the groundwork matters
Containers and storage buildings concentrate their weight at corners and edges. A pad that isn't level or properly based leads to racked doors, sticking latches and a structure that slowly settles out of square.
We prepare the ground and pour to the footprint and load of your specific structure, so the base is ready before delivery day.

Our jobsite

Long-term value
Built for long-term performance
A level, well-built concrete pad keeps doors aligned, keeps water out from underneath, and protects the structure's frame for the long haul — the difference between a storage solution and a recurring problem.

Common questions
Do you deliver or place the container or shed?
No — delivery, placement and anchoring of the structure itself are handled by your supplier or installer. We build the concrete foundation it sits on, and we're happy to coordinate timing with them.
Slab or piers — which do I need?
It depends on the structure, the site and how you'll use it. We'll talk through your project and recommend the right concrete approach.
Can you pour before I've ordered the structure?
Yes — once you know the model and dimensions, we can pour ahead so the pad is cured and ready for delivery.
