Ultimate Concrete

Residential Concrete

Concrete Driveways

Your driveway is the first thing you see when you come home and the hardest-working slab on your property. We build driveways that handle daily traffic and Central Valley heat while lifting your curb appeal.

Scope

What this service includes

  • New driveway installation and full tear-out replacement
  • Subgrade and base preparation suited to your soil
  • Forming, reinforcement and control joints planned for the layout
  • Broom, exposed-look and decorative finish options
  • Aprons, approaches and tie-ins to existing flatwork

The fundamentals

Why the groundwork matters

A driveway is only as good as what sits beneath it. We assess the existing soil and base, remove unsuitable material, and compact a stable base before a yard of concrete is ordered.

Proper thickness, reinforcement and well-placed control joints manage the expansion and contraction that Valley temperatures bring — that's what keeps a driveway looking sharp years later instead of cracking apart.

Long-term value

Built for long-term performance

A well-built concrete driveway routinely serves for decades with little more than occasional cleaning. It resists rutting, stands up to parked vehicles, and holds its finish through summer heat far better than asphalt alternatives.

Our family, your project

Why Ultimate Concrete

Ultimate Concrete is a second-generation family business, pouring in the Central Valley since 2007. The family name is on every job — that means continuity from estimate to final finish, accountability if anything needs attention, and craftsmanship passed down rather than subcontracted away.

Our story

Good to know

Common questions

How long before I can drive on a new driveway?

Concrete gains strength as it cures. We'll give you clear guidance for your specific pour — typically foot traffic is fine within a day or two, while vehicles should wait longer. We'll never leave you guessing.

Can you replace just part of my driveway?

Sometimes a section can be replaced cleanly, but matching color and finish to older concrete is difficult. We'll look at your driveway and give you an honest recommendation between repair and replacement.

What finish options do I have?

From a classic broom finish to decorative and stamped looks, there are options for every budget. Visit our stamped and decorative page or ask during your estimate.
