Concrete Repair & Replacement

Cracked, settled or crumbling concrete is more than an eyesore — it's a trip hazard and a sign of what's happening underneath. From a single cracked step to a full tear-out, we fix it right so it stays fixed.

Scope

What this service includes

  • Tear-out and replacement of failed concrete
  • Trip-hazard and uneven section replacement
  • Cracked driveway, patio and walkway sections
  • Step and stoop replacement
  • Honest assessment: repair vs. replace

The fundamentals

Why the groundwork matters

Most failed concrete failed from below — poor base, drainage problems or roots. Simply pouring over the same ground invites the same failure, so we correct the underlying cause before new concrete goes down.

We'll tell you plainly when a repair makes sense and when replacement is the better value. Sometimes the honest answer is a smaller job than you expected.

Long-term value

Built for long-term performance

Replacement done right — with the cause corrected and a proper base — ends the cycle of patching the same spot every few years. You get a surface that looks intentional and stays safe.

Our family, your project

Why Ultimate Concrete

Ultimate Concrete is a second-generation family business, pouring in the Central Valley since 2007. The family name is on every job — that means continuity from estimate to final finish, accountability if anything needs attention, and craftsmanship passed down rather than subcontracted away.

Our story

Good to know

Common questions

Can cracks just be filled instead of replaced?

Minor surface cracks can sometimes be addressed, but filler won't stop a slab that's still moving. We'll tell you honestly which situation you have.

Will new concrete match my old concrete?

New concrete is lighter and brighter than aged concrete — an exact match isn't realistic. We can discuss finishes and layouts that make the transition look deliberate.

Do you haul away the old concrete?

Yes — tear-out and removal of the old material is part of the job.
